Services Provided

Dreamadventureau provides offline, in-person casino-themed entertainment at our physical venue located at 45 Collins Street, Melbourne, VIC 3000, Australia. Our services include:

• Private casino-themed event hosting
• Corporate event entertainment
• Professional croupier services
• Casino-grade gaming equipment (roulette, poker, blackjack)
• Licensed bar and beverage service

Entertainment Only

All casino games at Dreamadventureau are for entertainment purposes only. We use play chips with no monetary value. No real-money gambling takes place at our venue. We do not offer online gambling or real-money gaming of any kind.

Bookings and Cancellations

Booking Process

To book an event, contact us via our website, phone, or email. A booking is confirmed once we have confirmed availability and received any required deposit.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 14 or more days before the event: full refund
• Cancellations made 7–13 days before the event: 50% refund
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event: non-refundable

Age Requirement

All guests must be 18 years of age or older. Valid identification may be required upon entry.

Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards our staff, croupiers, and other guests. Dreamadventureau reserves the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave if their behaviour is disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate.

Liability

Dreamadventureau is not liable for any personal belongings lost or damaged on our premises. Guests participate in all activities at their own risk. We maintain public liability insurance as required by Victorian law.

Alcohol Service

Our venue is fully licensed. Alcohol is served in accordance with Victorian liquor licensing laws. We reserve the right to refuse service to intoxicated guests. Valid ID may be required.

Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify our packages, pricing, and services at any time. Any changes will be communicated to booked clients in advance.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Dreamadventureau Pty Ltd and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
